I met Jesus on January 13, 1998, however, my life continued on a path of destruction. It wasn’t until 2007 that I discovered who Jesus was and how much He loved me. He gave me the verse Psalm 27:10 “For my father and mother have left me, but the Lord will take care of me”. Ever since, I have been on an amazing journey of getting to know my Jesus and healing. When I was able to fully surrender ALL of me to Him and allow Him to counsel and heal me, my life was radically transformed. My life was full of bad choices, alcohol, abortion, abuse of every kind, and the list goes on. My poor choices came with devastating consequences that grieved God’s heart. I wake up every day and have to ask Jesus to help me get through another day. He took my mess and is now using it for His message to minister and counsel His precious daughters. God says that there is nothing too dirty that He cannot make worthy. I understand today why God allowed me to walk through the fire. He was preparing me to be where I am today, able to help and encourage other women that are broken and whose hearts that are hurting. I live to serve Jesus and am humbled, honored and blessed that He chooses to use me to help women along their journey of healing and to encourage them to surrender it ALL to the One who CAN, WILL and WANTS to make them well!
2 Corinthians 1:4 - He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us.
My name is Michelle Shubin and I have been following Jesus since I was a little girl. Not to say there hasn’t been bumps in the road along the way, but God is so faithful in His relentless love for me. I love serving the body of Christ, especially His amazing daughters. My passion is to see women on fire for the Lord and to love His Word as well as proclaim it over their lives! I love to come alongside and encourage women in their walk with Jesus, use what the Lord has gifted me with to help them grow into whatever the Lord is calling them to, and help equip them for Kingdom work. I love seeing women boldly walk out and proclaim the name of Jesus and all He has done in their lives!

For 29 years I was fortunate to work in several positions at Chapman University. It was very rewarding to advise students who were struggling academically to succeed and graduate. My duties also included planning, organizing and executing Honors Convocations, faculty meetings/retreats and commencement ceremonies. Throughout my life I have been blessed by the love of God helping me through personal struggles and healing. I am a very proud grandma and great grandma! I am happily retired and enjoying my free time in Big Bear Lake. I am so grateful to be able to share in supporting Dana (my daughter) in her ministry by assisting in planning and organizing the programs and events.
For over 30 years, I have had the privilege of working with many individuals and families suffering from addictions and all the issues associated with them. My own personal relationship with addiction has given me an understanding and ability to relate, share and counsel others. My journey through recovery led me to Jesus Christ, Praise God! Little did I know that all my life’s trials and experiences would be used to come alongside women, to share and glorify God and His good works. Prayer and trusting God are what I know to do today. Prayer changes things, changes people and miracles happen! God is so good and faithful.
James 5:16 - “the earnest, heartfelt prayer of a righteous man (woman) makes tremendous power available, dynamic in its working”
Hi my name is Maria Barrera and I’ve been faithfully following the Lord since 2000. It has not been an easy road but it sure is worth it! I love how His love for me never changes, He is so faithful to us. God wants us to be in unity and I love encouraging, praying, and serving women.
Hebrews 10:25 And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, especially now that the day of His return is drawing near.
Hello, my name is Kim Molina. I was 12 years old when I got saved at a small church in East LA. called the Open Door. That day I learned that Jesus would never leave me or forsake me and it meant so much to me because at the time I felt alone as my parents file for a divorce. But during my teenage years I left Him and became destructive with my body and found myself pregnant at 18. I aborted my precious baby out of pure selfishness and fear of disappointing my mom. At 20 I married my high school sweetheart and rededicated my life to the Lord. In 1992 my husband and I moved to Fontana Ca. and started serving in the children’s and women’s ministry. We raised two beautiful daughters, 31 & 34, Stacia and Claire. We have 1 grandson who is 8 and the apple of my eye.
Lamentations 3:24 “The Lord is my inheritance, therefore, I will hope in Him!”
I attend Calvary Chapel Perfect Love with Pastor Daryl Kyle and his wife Kim.
I have been involved in prison ministry for 24 years. I was part of a team that went into the Juvenile Hall for 10 years. I've been to numerous prisons throughout California. I have been an Alcohol and Other Drug Recovery Counselor for 14 years.
I experimented with drugs in my 20's but thank God I never got addicted. I got involved with prison ministry because my mother was a violent alcoholic who tried to kill my brother and me 3 times and I was on a mission to help anyone that needed someone to listen and shared the Gospel of Jesus every chance I got.
I led my mother to the Lord 1 year before she had a stroke that left her partially paralyzed and we got to spend the next 10 years healing. I won't glorify my sins but there is ALMOST nothing that anyone else has done that I haven't already experienced. I broke the 10 commandments and then got creative finding other things to do.
I first became a child of God at age 27 and for 7 years my church called me the Leading Lay Person Evangelist. I went thru so much emotional pain during that time that I decided God didn't exist and spent the next 11 years as a professing atheist. One thing I told myself was, "Don't throw the baby out with the bath water and if there was ever anything to believe in it was the story of Jesus."
After 11 years of wandering the Lord called me back and that was 27 years ago. I love Him more than ever before and I know what forgiveness is. I'm still on that mission He called me to and through the power of His Holy Spirit my hearts desire is to share His love with everyone. Because, He is the Way, the Truth and the Life!
