Individual Counseling

OCM is a team of committed Christian counselors who volunteer their time to provide Biblical counsel to those in need. We are a non-profit donation based, online counseling ministry.

We are not licensed counselors, Psychiatrists or Psychologists. We are a Ministry-based counseling center.

We can't emphasize enough that our counselors are merely vessels that can assist you as you walk through the door towards healing and freedom. It is only the redemptive power of Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit that can heal you from the inside out. We take very seriously, the lives of His daughters that God entrusts to our care. We consider it a privilege to minister to your needs.

OCM operates through donations on a sliding scale basis. What that means is that we do not turn anyone away for financial hardship. We believe that the Bible provides thorough guidance and instruction for faith and life. Therefore, our counseling will be based upon scriptural principles rather than those of secular psychology and psychiatry.

The Process...

We ask that you apply for our counseling services to access our availability. Once you apply, you’ll be contacted by a counselor who will instruct you how to prepare for your session. You will fill out some forms, which are used with the strictest confidentiality. Typically, counseling lasts for 12 sessions, but it could be more. We will be using your life story to develop a specific treatment plan.

We ask that you attend weekly sessions

and are willing to participate in assigned projects. There are some medications that interfere with the counseling process, and we therefore need to assess your overall health and medication needs to decide if OCM is a good fit.

For our counseling services, we do require an application process in order to accommodate a scholarship based on what you can afford. We don’t accept insurance. Our sliding scale ranges from $25-$125

Group Workshops

Individual Counseling

OVERCOME MINISTRIES provides processing workshops that focus on sexual brokenness, Codependency Recovery and post-abortion healing. We provide a safe place and brave space, and a confidential setting to worship, learn and receive ministry. The teaching is in a large group setting, of women only, for sharing and prayer. Our trained leaders have been through the curriculum they use for each workshop. .
